Some thoughts…

• The major focus was on process, methods, certification, reporting and time / cost baselines.
• Would have liked to hear about achievement of strategic KPIs and stakeholder engagement.
• Interesting perspective on how value was measured… increased number of releases?
• Benefits and strategic alignment get a mention… just!
